Arrested Development

"Meet the Veals"

Mrs Featherbottom: Now who'd like a banger in the mouth? (everyone looks weirded out) Oh that's right! Here in the states, you call it a sausage in the mouth!
Michael: Actually we just call it a sausage.

Arrested Development

"The One Where Michael Leaves"

Lucille: That's right, Michael, I have a rape horn, because you took away my mace.
Buster: Yeah, like anyone would want to "R" her.

"Boy the Earth Talks To"

(Alma, resplendent in a black dress with red trim, walks the thoroughfare. We hear her speak in voiceover.)

Alma: I donít know why I seek you out. If lying in the ground you can think or have feelings, you may hate me and my part in your fate as I sometimes hate you for bringing me here. Though I know your bringing me was the end of something whose beginning I had as much a part of, certainly, as you. I am afraid. I am so afraid that my life is living me, and soon will be over, and not a moment of it will have been my own. And of how my body now tells me that is fine and right. (She pauses in site of the graveyard) Perhaps I confide to you because you cannot tell anyone. (She turns and heads back) I am to have a child, and I have a child in my care. He is a good man. And he whom I love is here as well.

Jane: My nameís Jane.
Fields: Iím the Nigger General Fields.
Jane: (Holds out the bottle) Want a drink?
Fields: I want to buy that bottle, thatís what I want.
Jane: Well, ya ainít buyiní it, but you can have a fuckiní drink.
(He looks around, walks back to the benchÖ)
Fields: Thanks.
Jane: Donít fuckiní look around! I donít care who sees a nigger drinkiní with me or drinkiní from the same bottle or howÖstupid his fucking outfit is.
Fields: (He turns his shoulder to her) This here is the epaulet of a Union army General.
Jane: Oh. (Lifting a cheek Ė pointing to her butt) And this here is the ass (grabs her butt cheek) of a drunken shitbird. (Fields smiles, chuckling. They smile at each other.) Finish this with meÖ(she takes the bottle) If you can sit beside someone and not stink or fart.
Fields: (He sits, looking around, she offers him the bottle back) Iíve been known to cut the odd fartÖ(drinks) but theyíve never stunk.
Jane: Iíve got the self-same gift.
